Dr. Lamb has served as a Primary Care Physician in the East Valley for over two decades. He opened a clinic in Queen Creek AZ back in 1996.

Dr. Lamb is passionate about his family including seven grown children. He enjoys travel and sports. He loves to learn about history and the intersection of Eastern and Western philosophies and health related topics. He enjoys playing Chopin and Debussy piano numbers and loves to read on various topics and genres.
His experience in our current broken health delivery system has enabled him to see the virtue of the Direct Patient Care model. He went into the medical field to be a physician for his patients, not a provider to appease the ever increasing demands of health insurance companies.
He is passionate about returning to the good ol’ days of a personal touch to each patient’s health care needs and using the latest technology like text, email, video chat, and longer office visits for his patients. He has renewed enthusiasm for the doctor patient relationship to return to what was originally intended.
Our office manager Crystal is a medically trained professional and the owner/operator of Crystal Clean Janitorial (CCJ). Crystal has experience in law enforcement and the medical industry which, has provided her a unique insight into the particular needs of others.
Crystal first began her career in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2008. She has spent several years caring for patients in Family Medicine and Cardiology. She is compassionate, understanding, and diligent. Crystal has spent the past several years in Nursing School. She is currently working on getting her Master's Degree in Addiction and Counseling. She has four beautiful children and has built a strong and solid foundation for her family. Her motto is “Never Give Up”. Crystal is a high believer in “everyone may be fighting a battle we know nothing about,” so treat everyone with kindness, even if they are having a bad day. Something Crystal values the most in life is the need to help others. Her work ethic is unmatched and her drive in life is peerless.
Crystal's reputation means everything to her and making a difference in someone's life is what keeps her going. Additionally, Crystal takes interest in leadership skills, traveling the world, writing poems, Jet Skiing, Snowboarding, Skydiving, Music, Health, Veganism, and sharing her story with others.
